1. I’ve chosen the wrong size
   If you’ve chosen the wrong size and you would like to change it, don’t worry. If you’re in Italy contact us and we will send you the right size free of charge. Remember the product must be in his original packing and with labels in place. If you’re abroad you can ship the product to us and ask for a change but the shipping cost is on you both from and to your location.
   
   If the product you want is not available we will send you a coupon for the total amount of your purchase, to be spent to our website.
   
   
2. The product is flawed or otherwise unusable
   Again you can return the product and obtain a change at our charge wherever you live, as an alternative Bikiniworld will propose to send you a coupon to use for a future purchase.
   
   
3. I am not satisfied I will return the object without reason
   If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can cancel it within 14 days. Please before doing so contact us. The product must be in its original packaging and with labels in place. In this case you will be refund the cost of the product (but not shipping costs).
